Simple, fair terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement under U.S. law. If you are listing a business, you confirm that you are authorised to represent it.

Account access is provided through Google Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account.

• All business listings are reviewed by the OneUmmahHub team before going live. We may approve, request edits, or reject any submission at our discretion.
• You must own the business or have explicit permission from the owner. Listings must be accurate, lawful, and respectful of community standards.
• You retain ownership of the content you submit. By posting, you grant OneUmmahHub a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, host, and promote your listing on the platform and in our marketing channels.
• We may remove a listing at any time if it violates these Terms or harms the community.

Anyone with an account may submit a mosque to be added to our directory. Submissions are held as unverified until our team reviews and approves them. We do not own, operate, or endorse the mosques listed — we simply make them easier to find.

• The marketplace lets users post Items, Jobs, and Rentals. Posts must comply with U.S. law and our community standards. Prohibited content includes anything illegal, haraam, hateful, fraudulent, or obviously deceptive.
• OneUmmahHub is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We don't process payments for marketplace items, we don't escrow funds, and we don't guarantee item quality, delivery, or the truthfulness of listings. Transactions are strictly between the buyer and the seller.
• Buyer ↔ seller chat is provided as a convenience. Use it respectfully. Harassment, spam, or scams will result in account suspension.

• Paid plans (Tier 1 / Tier 2 / Tier 3) are billed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms.
• Basic business listing is free forever for every verified member. A promotional Founder Growth benefit was offered to a limited early cohort; that promotion is independent of your permanent Basic listing and never causes an automatic charge.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We don't issue prorated refunds for unused time except where required by law.

Transactional emails (listing approval, password reset, marketplace messages, payment receipts) are sent through our email partner Resend. These emails are required to operate your account and cannot be turned off. Marketing emails — if any — always include an unsubscribe link.

You agree not to:

• Post anything illegal, hateful, fraudulent, or obviously misleading.
• Impersonate another business or person.
• Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the site at scale.
• Interfere with the platform's normal operation or security.
• Use the marketplace chat to spam or harass other users.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

OneUmmahHub is provided "as is". We don't promise the site will always be available, error-free, or that every listing will be perfectly accurate. We make reasonable efforts to verify listings but the ultimate responsibility for any business dealing rests with you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneUmmahHub will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including any dispute with another user, business, or mosque listed on the directory.

We may update these Terms as the platform grows. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use OneUmmahHub after an update means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively through good faith mediation in the state where OneUmmahHub is operated, unless the law requires otherwise.
